Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去咗間大氣港達的印度餐廳,食物講真係正到喊出嚟!👌 先講下個Delhi Golgappa Shots,放喺眼前已經係閃閃發亮,攞起嗰粒脆波,倒入mint shots後一口氣食落去,個味道嘅層次簡直淋漓盡致,係味蕾上嗰種鮮明嘅起伏,幾得意!再來個Butter Chicken Old Delhi Style,啲牛油雞滑到入無,咖哩嘅味道甘香得黎又唔膩口,份量夠晒住又好夾飯,你話好唔好!而家傳統係Hong Kong呢度嘅Samosa就賣相滿分,外皮炸得金黃香脆,配搭嘅薯仔豆蓉又夠味,鹹香嘅感覺真係正!然後落場嗰碟Tandoori Chicken Tikka,呢個餸啊,食落去啲辣味啱啱好,又唔會搶咗雞嘅香味;肉質雞塊烤得嫩滑多汁,食到我停唔到口!其實你唔使食得太雅緻,就能夠享受到喺街坊巷尾感受到嘅一星味道。今晚嘅發現,真係夠晒味,我打算下次再嚟過!🚀💥🎉
