To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於香港的這家印度餐廳無疑是全城最出色的印度菜餐廳之一。我們在這裡品嘗到了地地道道的印度風味,從前菜到主菜再到甜品,每一道菜式都讓人回味無窮。

首先,我們品嘗了幾款經典的印度前菜。其中,咖喱雞肉絕對是亮點,肉質鮮嫩多汁,咖喱醬汁濃郁醇厚,令人胃口大開。薄餅配咖喱魚也是一絕,薄餅恰好的厚度和韌性,完美地吸收了咖喱的醇厚風味,而咖喱魚的鮮嫩可口更是與薄餅渾然天成。

緊接著,我們品嘗了兩款主菜。咖喱雞肉汁濃味厚,雞肉軟嫩多汁,與白米飯完美搭配。另一道咖喱魚同樣出色,魚肉鮮嫩,咖喱醬汁濃郁醇厚,令人垂涎欲滴。

最後,我們品嘗了他們的甜品。傳統的印度甜點'瑪哈拉加'口感細緻綿密,恰到好處的甜度,為整頓豐盛的餐點劃上完美的句號。

這家餐廳的環境整潔舒適,服務周到親切。價格方面,雖稍高於一般印度餐廳,但絕對物有所值。我衷心推薦這家餐廳,它無疑是香港最出色的印度餐廳之一。
