Restaurant: Fairwood (The Commercial Development of the Waterside)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是晚父親節,因為今日無慶祝活動,所以周圍睇下有d咩可以頹食。由於唔想咁迫人,所以去左唔係大商場入面的大快活食,明顯少人好多,唔洗定位又可以坐定定係人送餐過黎。可惜唔係好晏,好多野都已經賣哂, 無鐵板食。都係穩穩陣陣食返佢地d咖哩 - 咖哩牛腩飯。咖哩都算係佢地的翻生之作,但係竟然同以前差好遠,既唔辣又唔惹味。D飯仲要好硬,未煮到全熟咁,撈埋d汁都仲係硬。好失望~~~~~~
