津津食店以其蟹茄湯檬粉🦀出名,遊客不禁遠道而來,親自品嘗梅窩「名物」,但餐廳主打越南🇻🇳料理,除咗蟹茄湯檬粉,識食一定食咖哩雞扎肉餅米粉。咖哩雞扎肉餅米粉(HKD 45): 米粉份量都算多,咖哩不辣也非重黃姜粉個隻咖哩味,反而係啖口版咖喱粉煮成,濃而不辣,色澤呈深黃,加上大量香蔥,軟糯薯仔紅蘿蔔🥕,別有一番風味。重點是雞件用上雞翼位,咖哩完美地融入雞身,焾到軟骨都食埋,肉嫩,仲附送幾條菜,感覺健康。老闆是越南人,扎肉都是越南直送,肉餅食落扎實有胡椒味,比較煙韌有咬口,必點!越南🇻🇳式春卷(HKD 78): 一碟有六條,新鮮熱辣,包裹著生菜🥬、蝦🦐肉同檬粉,檬粉炸後口感軟糯,蘸上泰式辣醬,外脆內軟。總結:梅窩名物不止蟹茄湯檬粉仲可以試下咖哩雞扎肉餅米粉 別有一番風味
