To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咖啡好飲,但係個三文治好古怪,芝士三文治夾硬幫你烘底,仲要烘到好乾,仲要加劈完全喺餐牌見唔到嘅千島醬沙律醬上去,個味道完全極之古怪,同正常的芝士三文治,相差好遠,建議嚟呢度唔好選擇三文治。上次食過雞翼係好食嘅其他食物睇嚟應該都OK,但三文治真係唔知做乜多此一舉硬係要幫人烘底同埋落沙律醬,最慘佢餐牌冇講明係咁樣處理,咁就整咗一件佢自己想整嘅三文治俾人哋食,唔係咁容易令人接受,想食個正常嘅三文治可能要額外講明
