To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐未試過咁齊腳,今日 lunch time 12:00我同屋企人分別訂左兩張檯,因為想同 bb celebrate birthdays, 嚟到門口時,reception 接見我屋企人只提到一個 booking是否5 個人,當時我走上前說我另有一個 booking ,reception 先清醒說是的,已安排了你們一同坐,我提到我是A La Carte, 其中一位 reception 攞左個 menu 給我,我當時手推嬰兒車,我問她是否要我自行攞埋位,她竟然說:冇錯。當時我心想一間都叫有名的酒店,竟然會有這服務,令我有點不悅。繼而一行人埋位,reception都急急離開,交接給其他侍應招呼,但眼見我地埋檯,沒有侍應幫忙拉凳,我手推嬰兒車亦沒有人幫我拉走一張椅子,結果我地自行照顧自己,當我要求要嬰兒椅時,侍應只幫我放了張高凳在我的身旁,並沒有打算理會我,令我感到好嬲。一直到舉手叫人落單後,屋企人都食左一轉野食了,才有侍應問我地想飲熱水家凍水唔通細酒店咩都慢過內?? 有一位穿西装男肥部長埋了我們的檯問總共有幾多位食 buffet, 我答了3 位。冇幾耐,過了一陣佢又過嚟問幾多位食 buffe

有一位穿西装男肥部長埋了我們的檯問總共有幾多位食 buffet, 我答了3 位。冇幾耐,過了一陣佢又過嚟問幾多位食 buffet, 我感到很煩
說三位 buffet, 兩位食 A LA CARTE, 野食都點了,不如你問check check 先啦.佢先沒有再埋嚟詢問

等了20-25分鐘,我地叫的咖喱雞& cheese burger 到了,但又要我舉手詢問是否有麵包跟的,一位肥西裝男才醒覺說冇問題,而家攞俾你。這代表了是否客人不問,就不會俾呢??
後來我再詢問另一位侍應攞 oil& vinegar, 個女侍應唔清楚係咩嚟,話問問先,最後部長攞左俾我,但味道有點怪怪的

最後食左兩個小時,我地埋單時,沒有人提到有邊張信用卡有discount,埋完單先見到有10%off, 我攞張單埋去問部長先知有幾張信用卡都做緊 promotion
.後來叫埋餐茶一杯 ice tea, 兩杯 cappuccino, 點知等左20分鐘有多都未見蹤影,當然又係舉手叫部長跟跟,之後5 分鐘內 serve。起身走時,有個女侍應埋嚟問是否叫左 cappuccino ,我答佢飲完了,佢仲笑笑口同同事講唔知邊個咁快....

總括食物都不錯,係員工服務欠佳,溝通失誤,長期沒有人理會客人所需,知識又欠佳,雖然細酒店,但都有進步空間的。我心諗訂檯時提左有 bb生日,佢地話有特別俾我地,最後什麼都沒有,好失望囉
畢竟是band Hyatt...
大話同不實的都望貴酒店不要胡亂答客人的要求呀。
