To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

碰巧需要到土瓜灣工作，突然心血來潮來嘆杯咖啡，在媒體上見過呢間，所以試一試。店鋪裝修簡單，都舒服同乾淨，用嚟Hea時間都可以。 餐牌上的咖啡豆非常多，不過店員都好有耐性解釋，除左虹吸咖啡之外，Latte都有好多味道揀，如果同朋友到場，都算多選擇。最後我決定「廚師發板」，由店員推介我咖啡，而味道果然合我口味，加上仲大大杯，結果我坐左2個鐘。至於價錢，令人非常有驚喜，坊間一般咖啡店無論味道同價錢，都同佢相差甚遠。總結：咖啡豆多，值得再試。
