To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直想到Dolce88吃個包，喝杯咖啡。今日趁時間鬆動便來吃個午餐。地方比想像中小好多，麵包、蛋糕款色也不多。枱面不衛生，有些麵包碎，整個感覺頓時降格😟點了個ham and swiss chesse tomato bread ($40) 、一杯cappucino ($38)。麵包是即點即整，看著她煎火腿，感覺好新鮮。整個麵包熱辣辣，芝士夠溶，好香。但感覺有點油膩，不知道是煎完的火腿出油還是有另外加油煎😕咖啡好濃咖啡味，因這裡是用上double shot加奶。很好👍另外，不太喜歡侍應不會主動把食物或飲品送上。雖說這裡價格與出面的cafe相若，但始終是酒店嘛，不是應該有好少少的service嗎？喜歡它木扽盤這個設計，但至少都因一位侍應把整個扽盤拿給客人。
