To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日紅日嘅晚上，一行4人，選擇了放便嘅食肆。亦揀自己鍾意食嘅食物。看看餐牌，有輕型類、有健康類、有燒味類，有咖喱類，最近食過好食嘅吉列豬扒，於是今次揀咖喱吉列豬扒試下，比較下：🍚咖喱吉列豬扒飯好快可以取餐，不用等太耐已經有好感，可是個餐不是熱焫焫，咖喱汁稀，咖喱味少，偏凍；豬扒看似大塊，可惜炸份多，而且不是外脆內軟，肉質亦一般，失望。有時食得健康清淡，有時食得過癮豐富，有時食得瘋狂滿足，生活就係品嘗。

好快可以取餐，不用等太耐已經有好感，可是個餐不是熱焫焫，咖喱汁稀，咖喱味少，偏凍；豬扒看似大塊，可惜炸份多，而且不是外脆內軟，肉質亦一般，失望。

有時食得健康清淡，有時食得過癮豐富，有時食得瘋狂滿足，生活就係品嘗。
