To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在佐敦白加士街新開了一間＂澳門咖喱王生牛腩＂門口直望入去有一塊「港澳第一腩」的牌匾，又聞到陣陣咖喱的香味，一於入去試一試先😋清湯蘿蔔湯底清甜濃而不鹹，蘿蔔炆的時間剛好，索晒清湯的味道，美味無窮澳門咖喱薯仔招牌牛腩飯$59當然要試試鋪頭的招牌菜，牛腩入味柔軟嫩滑，牛腩厚身有質感，配上香濃的咖喱汁下飯一流👍🏻川醬乾炒牛河$69跟平時的乾炒牛河有點不同，用川醬炒更加惹味微微辛辣，河粉炒得分明夠鑊氣，而且一點都不肥膩👏🏻薄餅$30見到美味的咖喱汁忍不住額外叫多份薄餅，薄餅配上另外一種味道的咖喱汁，這款咖喱汁比較清爽薄身有水果味，有少許酸酸味味令人更加開胃😊奶茶紅豆冰奶茶紅豆冰甜味適中紅豆大大粒夠腍😋檸檬利賓納利賓納溝檸檬原來咁好飲，正！
