襯住仲有少少涼意,又同朋友出嚟打個邊爐先🍲。最近有個朋友介紹油麻地新開咗間火鍋店啲嘢食唔錯,就去呢間啦!好近港鐵站,一出油麻地B2出口🚉,行幾步路就到🚶‍♀️。好彩book咗位咋,估唔到平日都full晒。店員介紹最近佢哋最新款嘅湯底:松茸8️⃣寶雞湯底🐔,入面有8️⃣種材料。我哋咁就揀呢個湯底,一上檯已經覺得好靚,好似個大福袋咁🈵️,然後店員再過嚟加湯。原來個大福袋💰係用腐竹去包住入面啲材料,我哋好似尋寶咁搵下入面有咩材料先,原來有金華火腿、松茸🍄、松草花、百合、蝦米、元貝、竹笙,當然唔少得有半隻嫩雞🐔,果然真材實料,個湯超甜超好味,我忍唔住飲完再飲,最後飲左4️⃣碗,再食埋啲材料,都飽得7️⃣7️⃣8️⃣8️⃣。愛牛嘅你一要試呢度鎮店之寶招牌手切牛頸脊,超嫩滑,油脂比例恰到好處,焯1️⃣0️⃣零秒食就啱啱好!😋手打蝦丸勁爽口,成個乒乓波咁彈🏓,仲要咬落去好大隻蝦。🦐象蛂蚌丸平時就真係好少有得食,其實食落唔係好食得出,有啲似墨魚丸加蝦丸,食落一樣好爽好彈牙。👍👍👍韭菜餃大大隻,韭菜餡好多,好香口,大大隻食落去感覺好🈵️足!鮮蝦雲吞啲皮夠薄,啲蝦夠新鮮爽口,又鮮甜。朋友話好鍾意食萵筍,今次係我第一次食,原來好甜好爽口架,又帶啲清
