Restaurant: 麥記美食

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為此店背上國際飲食權威「咪滋年」光環及曾經被星級食評家與資深網上食評KOL加持，點都要慕名而去，看看有什麼把炮？！十蚊三隻真係平絶港九新界，但星級推介的原因絕不是因為「平」，而是「質素」吧！可借，現實歸現實，事實歸事實，十蚊貨色真沒有什麼「質素」可言。它被多次讚多肉汁鮮美？看圖吧！一丁點肉汁也沒有。肉是溝粉溝到霉身那種質感，何來鮮？！皮厚餡少，但十蚊我沒法強求。不過如此貨色也值得米記推介？食評家加持？！真的，我不怪此店，價錢反映質素，我只怪這些冇味蕾的食家與米記的權威與公信力。By the way， 鍋貼不評也罷， 同出一轍， 有人話皮煎得夠脆，好笑，脆到界口的叫「硬」呀！好簡單，去祥X記試下生煎包，就知誰是龍定蟲!
