To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黑王 濃湯 超濃油 超多加力 硬的細麵 $90由於近來腸胃太差，選了無辛。超濃，濃到「乸喉」。芝麻碎下了也全被濃味蓋了。喝下，還好，沒有坊間所言驚為天人之感。木耳，無甚特別，沒有更好。叉燒片，兩塊，頗大的，加起來有臉蛋般大，也不是太薄。肉碎，一座小山，用墨汁浸過，橡皮糖的口感。拉麵，選了硬的，品質是好的，that's a given。下次不要選超濃湯底，嚐真麵味就是了。單從味道講，只值$50（考慮到功夫及品質就應該值回票價了）。7.5/10我愛它的地方淺窄。跟陌生人磨肩擦踵默默低頭吃完一碗麵，各自結帳，各自退隱歸家。這不正是屬於香港的都市浪漫嗎？
