To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咸到無朋友，水準下降，太失望啦

水準真係每況愈下，今餐又中招，湯底超咸，食完碗米線超級口渴，成餐勁飲水我就叫左一碗生菜魚蛋煳辣米線，而老婆就叫左一碗雞肉魚腐扭紋薯粉配三哥秘制酸辣湯底。湯底過份咸，而且味道極平凡，都無人地講得咁好。值得一讚嘅係尖椒皮蛋，個汁好正。米線同薯粉嘅份量極多，食唔晒。七點半食飯時間人流稀疏，一入到黎就安排坐門口位，環境同座位一般，員工態度一般。尖椒皮蛋好味，上面個碗係生菜魚蛋煳辣米線，湯底有少少煙燻嘅味道，食落去有少少辣，似土匪雞翼咁嘅味，並不如坊間所說講咁好食。 魚蛋就係小吃咖哩魚蛋個種，無咩好講。下面個碗係雞肉魚腐扭紋薯粉配三哥秘制酸辣湯底，第一口飲左啖湯就知道賴野，咸到無朋有，不過酸度同辣度都ok，都係個句啦，唔覺得好食。

值得一讚嘅係尖椒皮蛋，個汁好正。米線同薯粉嘅份量極多，食唔晒。
