To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 此店之前也吃過,當時食物及服務,也有水準,所以再次;連同三位朋友,一起吃下午飯,點了8樣,蟹粉小籠包咸得像咸魚加鹽般,我便跟那個部長說,部長也禮貌跟我說對不起,再過一會來個一哥招牌砂窩炒飯,又是咸得不得了,無奈算吧;但最好笑是叫waiter來加水,那個肥身形的waiter,一邊加水一邊說,啲人死咗去邊呀,當時我同朋友對望oO咗咀, 一會..我們在談笑時,有位穿suit的waitress突然給我帳單,我們有互相對望,又再oOO咀,我結帳後跟那穿suit的waitress說,真要結帳,請先通知我;她也跟我說SORRY,,我們搖頭離開此地
