To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好友今個月移民，相約好姊妹就來過High Tea！ 第一個選擇評語不錯又新開的St.Regis，早一個月訂都沒有位，於是選了灣仔的 Grand Hyatt Tiffin茶園。Tiffin 都是經典的Afternoon Tea勝地，總要到此打卡留名。 Tiffin 位於老派 hotel 內，室內裝潢當然老土，但勝在樓底超高加上落地大玻璃，枱與枱之間有寬敞距離，坐得舒適。不過筆者有6人，兩張枱分隔遠，不能用透明板分隔，不能傾計。平日 High tea $298，指定信用咭有15% off，五星級酒店來說都不太貴。比其他酒店優勝是Tea set 以外，這裡有部分食物可以任食。唔知食物質素呢?下午茶時間 3:30 ~ 5:30 (可以坐到6點) 。開始時間比較遲，所以都有些肚餓。沒有等tea set ，已經急不及待出去攞野食！這裡的任食區提供了多款自家製的雪糕、雪葩：椰子雪葩、香梨雪葩、馬達加斯加 Vanilla 雪糕、開心果雪糕、櫻桃雪糕、檸檬雪葩、熱情果芫茜雪葩、法國朱古力雪糕及芒果糯米雪糕。如果想再豐富些，可以加棉花糖、朱古力脆片、彩色朱古力粒。 雪糕以外仲有健康的菠蘿、西瓜、提子、火龍

 筆者揀了馬達加斯加 Vanilla 雪糕 + 芒果糯米雪糕，自己再加上菠蘿及棉花糖、朱古力脆片，自製雪糕杯！雪糕款式特別有創意，味道不太甜，good!

 之後任食區還有即叫即焗的 waffle 及 法式班戟，叫份法式班戟試下，旁邊有些醬汁自由添加。醬汁只有顏色，唔知什麼味道，要客人自己估 ⋯⋯ 如果有醬汁名字會比較好。

 最後有馬卡龍、松露朱古力，任食！馬卡龍有幾款顏色味道，不過同樣沒有味道介紹，而且隨便堆疊一起，觀感度一般。筆者揀了應該係朱古力味的馬卡龍，味道不太甜。

 Classic shrimp cocktail, fine herbs。Shrimp cocktail 通常是盛在雞尾酒杯送上來，賣相別緻，這也是菜式之所以被叫作大蝦雞尾酒的原因。大蝦爽口彈牙，配上清新的香草作為開胃菜是不錯的選擇。

 首先試下五款鹹點，首先賣相普通，沒有什麼技巧可言。味道上也沒有大驚喜，三文魚卷、牛肉青瓜三文治、蛋沙律包……好像家庭式小食，很難聯想到五星級出品。
