月餅款式自從推陳出新後,愈來愈多人鐘意食,而最受歡迎一定係流心月餅。東海堂一向主打幾款食材,包括紫薯、抹茶、芝士、牛奶、紅豆,而今年最新出就有芝士月餅,仲要係流心。作為芝士狂迷,其實做早鳥優惠時聽到有芝士月餅已經覺得好吸引,終於等到入手,將月餅放入焗爐慢慢焗一陣,本身白晒晒既月餅皮即刻似番d樣,一咬落去似奶黃月餅但冇咁重奶黃味,亦冇咁甜、同時帶有咸香味,對於唔鐘意勁甜月餅既人,呢個芝士月餅實在唔錯,比起坊間其他標榜芝士月餅但根本食唔出芝士味,東海堂今次做到野,十分喜愛,絕對推薦!
