今次來到明閣, 當然是想一嚐得獎名菜, 最後決定的菜單為 : 品味明閣- 日1. 五香燒肉 + 椒麻汁醋香黑木耳 + 鹵水豬仔腳燒肉=> 香脆, 有水準鹵水豬仔腳 => 入味椒麻汁醋香黑木耳 => 有驚喜, 好喜歡這味道2. 濃雞湯菜膽燉燕窩湯清甜, 燕窩份量不欺場3. 龍皇披金甲伴時蔬果然名不虛傳, 魚肉質鮮甜彈牙4. 原籠荷香雲腿花菇蒸雞小巧精緻, 但味道偏重5. 迷你至尊蜜汁叉燒飯真係好迷你, 但叉燒質惑好好, 夠爽6. 楊枝甘露好香濃, 是我的至愛
