今日我去咗一間專門食唔同種類蟹嘅地方,鍾意海鮮嘅朋友一定會愛上。二人特選會席套餐首先有松葉蟹肉三文魚籽沙律同蟹肉多士,沙律入面嘅松葉蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,加上三文魚籽嘅爽脆口感,真係好搭配。蟹肉多士就外脆內軟,蟹膏蟹肉加芝士🥹刺身有呑拿魚腩、帶子同三文魚。一個字,新鮮!呑拿魚腩嘅鮮味真係令人驚艷,魚油喺口腔中爆發🥰黑魚子海膽蟹肉蒸蛋入口滑溜,海膽同黑魚子帶俾蒸蛋一點嘅咸鮮令成件事昇華咗。加埋蟹肉,真係一道豪華嘅蒸蛋!原隻時令活毛蟹肉鮮美嫩滑,毛蟹蟹味清淡帶鮮。簡單蒸都帶出毛蟹嘅最佳風味。蟹蓋上嘅蟹膏精華完全保留住,沾上蟹肉可使其蟹味更濃郁🤤浜燒鱈場蟹腳係另一個令我印象深刻嘅菜式。鱈場蟹腳燒得恰到好處,帶嚟一陣鮮甜嘅海鮮風味。每一隻蟹腳都好大隻,夠肉夠味,好滿足!最後,我試咗松葉蟹甲羅燒同松葉蟹雜炊。松葉蟹雜炊係一道濃郁嘅湯飯,米飯吸收咗蟹肉同湯汁嘅精華,每一口都帶嚟滿滿嘅蟹味。
