To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

體驗「悠然.品味住宿計劃」的第二天,12點check-out了,然後到lobby那層的沙嗲軒吃住宿計劃送的午餐~想不到餐廳環境這般舒適怡人,食物水準也不俗~加多加多沙律 + 肉骨茶,很有馬拉風味~椰香咖喱牛腩,濃郁的咖喱香也流露著濃濃椰香,牛腩炆得很腍嫩,真心覺得不錯!整個飯給我撈咖喱吃光了~地道炒貴刁亦不錯,不過如果配料多一點會更好~還有特式的印尼地道甜品 - 摩摩渣渣!椰香無比,芋頭跟地瓜都煮得腍硬度剛好,很香甜,喜歡~雖然兩天短短的渡假過得很快,但得到的美好回憶是永不磨滅!像我們兩口子的家,環境太擠迫又亂,而又未有時間和假期去旅行,週末來這裡渡個假,是很不錯的選擇~

雖然兩天短短的渡假過得很快,但得到的美好回憶是永不磨滅!像我們兩口子的家,環境太擠迫又亂,而又未有時間和假期去旅行,週末來這裡渡個假,是很不錯的選擇~
