今日去咗紅磡蕪湖街近何文田地鐵呢間Marcaro-ni dessert bar 意大利餐廳食個晚餐。我未去過,朋友介紹,七點去到,見人不算多,不用等位,見內裡裝修整潔,坐座舒適,也是個方便喝酒談天的好地方!我地點咗兩個set dinner有焗法飽,丶野菌忌廉湯、三文魚沙律、主菜是柚子汁焗文魚扒,同埋香煎羊架配薄荷燒汁!焗法包香口,好好食!忌廉湯上桌時保持得熱騰騰,充滿野菌香味,令舍開胃,前菜的煙三文魚沙律菜也是十分醒胃!主菜的三文魚扒和香煎羊架上菜速度剛剛好,可見服務員是很留意我們進食速度去配合的!三文魚以柚子汁焗得入味,魚肉亦很細滑,十分可口!羊扒我要了八成熟,所以有很嫩滑的肉質,軟腍而香味濃郁,醮以薄荷燒汁是十分好的配搭!個人喜歡手工啤,點咗這款澳洲製造的Little Creatures Pale Ale仲係買二送一,此酒以蛇麻草花釀造,味淸香,飲落有苦味但慢慢又變得甘甜,好有特式!食完主菜再來的甜品是意大利芝士蛋糕好精美好細心的擺設,食落軟滑可口!再來一杯香濃熱咖啡,這頓晚餐十分豐富同滿足!

焗法包香口,好好食!忌廉湯上桌時保持得熱騰騰,充滿野菌香味,令舍開胃,前菜的煙三文魚沙律菜也是十分醒胃!
主菜的三文魚扒和香煎羊架上菜速度剛剛好,可見服務員是很留意我們進食速度去配合的!
