To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 品味米芝蓮 Taste of Michelin聽過呢間野好耐,但就未真係食過,今日去Apple store 整電腦,順利係等既時候,得閒飲個茶咁!個點心紙有曬所有菜色,另外有一張中英對照既我叫左四個點心同埋茶:普洱茶 (Pu’er tea) ☕️蝦餃 (Shrimp dumplings) 🦐🥟 皮薄,蝦都幾鮮美發財大利鍾意個發菜,令到個燒賣好入味,個蠔油唔太咸,岩岩好咸水角 (country salty dough with pork and dry shrimp)即叫即炸,口感好鬆脆枸子桂花糕 (Osmanthus jelly with goji berries) 💕☺️整體感覺都唔錯,最鍾意個桂花糕,有桂花既香味,又有杞子味!
