我係個好鍾意食pancake,無論係日式既souffle pancake、美式pancake、法式既Crêpe,法式既Crêpe係香港都食過兩三間,今次試既係聽講有最正宗Crêpe既法國菜餐廳。La Crêperie係一間連鎖法國餐廳,係亞洲擁有7家分店,係灣仔既法國菜餐廳,主打法式薄餅Crêpe,為客人調整出Brittany既各種地道美食。原來已經係灣仔札根左10年,口味千變萬化、有甜有鹹,由2015至2017年連續3年獲得Trip Advisor卓越證書,,如果鍾意Crêpe既你一定會鍾意。Crêpe其實係源自法國西北部Brittany呢個地方嘅菜式,大家聽過Crêpe,但Galette應該好小聽,前者係甜後者係鹹,因為Brittany盛產蕎麥同小麥,當地人就發明用蕎麥麵粉或全麥粉調成粉漿,用呢種無麩質既材料,係平底鑊上一煎,製成Crêpe同Galette,因為用gluten-free,所以味道帶小小苦澀,都比較健康。星期二既晚餐時間黎到,7點幾時候都唔算多左,不過食到8點幾就差唔多full house,店員都係法國人為主,氣氛好似去左法國咁。餐廳環境有格調,燈光較暗,好有情調,以

星期二既晚餐時間黎到,7點幾時候都唔算多左,不過食到8點幾就差唔多full house,店員都係法國人為主,氣氛好似去左法國咁。

餐廳環境有格調,燈光較暗,好有情調,以法國小Brittany既漁港為主題,木式室內設計襯托住海洋格調,餐枱上有別緻既燈塔型鹽樽同胡椒瓶擺設,會播住Brittany既音樂,環境夠chill,餐廳有唔小傳統擺設同掛畫,仲有航海用既氣壓計同水手制服等別出心裁既裝橫,好似去左法國小餐館咁,又好似置身係船艙入面,被一股清新既海洋氣息包圍,玻璃會望到灣仔街景,無論係一班人食班定係情侶約會都係唔錯既環境。

呢度隨左有唔小既前菜、SIDE DISHES、沙律,當然唔小得主打既Galette同Crêpe,每隻都有差唔多十幾二十款,餡料味道有海鮮、蔬菜、雞、牛、火腿等,甜食有朱古力、焦糖、水果、雪糕等,最後係唔同既酒、非酒精飲品。

首先係法國菜唔少得嘅鵝肝,呢度用嘅係法國嘅鵝肝,而唔係平時常見嘅匈牙利鵝肝,鵝肝算幾厚,幾肥美,外層有少少脆,入面咬落幾嫩,夠creamy,有入口即溶既感覺,不過煎嘅部份唔夠平均,煎得夠多嘅地方味道先會濃郁啲。
鵝肝下面係多士配焦糖蘋果,伴碟仲有露筍,食落可以中和一下鵝肝既油膩感。

呢個係店員推介嘅意粉,意粉食落算係幾爽口,有少少煙韌,未到好粉狀。
龍蝦份量唔少,已經切好晒粒粒肉,有成十幾粒,每粒都幾厚,咬落肉質夠實而爽口,食落幾鮮甜,另外仲有帶子,食落一樣鮮味十足。

意粉嘅醬汁係用魚湯同蕃茄汁,食落去酸得來又有鮮甜味,食落唔會覺得油膩,不過可惜佢個醬汁唔係龍蝦汁,鍾意嘅可以落檸檬增加層次。

首先係食鹹嘅法式可麗餅,即係Galettes,呢度嘅Galettes係用蕎麥麵粉整,上枱時見到大大塊既Galettes,非常之薄皮,咬落去係薄之餘仲要煙煙韌韌,邊位咬落脆口,連埋一齊食就外脆內軟,口感層次豐富,食落係鹹鹹地,而且充滿麥香,不過唔知係咪特登,會見到邊位係煎得焦啲,食落會苦小小。

而呢個Galettes餡料非常豐富, 有火腿、番茄、芝士同雞蛋,隔離仲有啲沙律菜,好似一份早餐咁,成個味道主要係靠煙燻咗嘅火腿,火腿唔會切得好薄,食落係淡淡的煙薫味。

芝士方面係用Camembert cheese,有少少拉絲效果,夠香但唔會搶過其他材料既味道,同火腿好夾,有啲似食好薄嘅Pizza咁。

番茄同蛋絕對令到成個Galette唔滯口,平衡得好好,而隻煎蛋一切落去,質地流心,配合鬆軟又脆口嘅可麗餅,食落帶小小濕潤,係非常好嘅配搭,呢個鹹味嘅Galette會越食越開胃。

之後就係食甜嘅Crêpe,呢一款係其中一款人氣Crêpe,上碟時店員會將帶藍色火焰既橙酒倒 落Crêpe上面,成個Crêpe上面都係藍色火焰,視覺上非常震撼,打卡一流。

Crêpe食落同Galettes唔同,比起鹹既更加煙韌,係軟熟而唔係脆口,會有小小甜味同帶小小蛋香。

呢個落左cointreau,即係法國出品既甜味橙酒,聞到濃郁嘅酒香味,食落酒味勁濃,感覺好似倒左杯vodka落Crêpe到,如果唔飲得酒既人,食完呢個可能會wing wing地,因為酒味重,味道帶小小苦。

而Crêpe上面既係芒果雪葩,同可以自己加既青檸汁,芒果雪葩酸酸甜甜,食落清新開胃,而因為夠甜,所以一啖Crêpe一啖芒果雪葩,苦味就可以中和左,變得更易入口。

呢個甜crepe上枱時隨左知道佢一定好邪惡之外,就係佢一定好甜好好食,重口味既人一定鍾意。

Crêpe上面係滿滿既拖肥醬,連香蕉都有用拖肥浸過,食落成個口腔都係焦糖既香甜味,就好似食緊garrett個隻焦糖味,所以唔太好甜既人會覺得好甜好膩,拖肥醬夠多唔會有一啖Crêpe係無,而焦糖雪糕入面仲有啲杏仁,連埋
好軟熟又煙韜既Crêpe一齊食,口感層次豐富,留係口腔既係幸福既味道。

Apple Ciders配可麗餅係Brittany最傳統既食法 ,所以店員推介我飲Apple Ciders,因為係法國當地直送,香港唔係成日都飲,呢個Val de Rance - Cru Breton Sweet Cider有分2%同5%,前者比較甜後者比較苦啲,會係客人面前即席開過支新酒,最特別係用碗代替酒杯飲,好似港式戰鬥碗咁。

雖然係5%,飲落酸酸甜甜,唔係死甜味,蘋果香幾突出,唔算好重酒精,始終佢係蘋果氣泡酒,入口順喉,幾易入口,同crepe一齊食幾夾,依款苦啲啲,

呢個同樣係法國當地直送嘅Apple Cider , 唔同既係佢係Craft Cider。

飲落去幾fruity,味道酸酸甜甜,蘋果果香四溢,相比起Val de Rance - Cru Breton Sweet Cider,我覺得酒味更突出,有小小啤酒既感覺,不過同甜味既Crêpe都係好夾。

🌟 食物黎講,無論係甜定係鹹既Crêpe都好食,食過香港3、4間既Crêpe,呢間係最好食,甜同鹹既Crêpe口感唔同,唔會係用同一塊,而材料調味都發揮得好,前菜、小食都唔錯,係一間可以再食既法國菜。
