To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

品嚐懷舊芝麻雞爵士燉湯

我一家人最喜歡小炒有鑊氣香噴噴，的確有其吸引之處，這店之前幫襯幾次，就係小菜鑊氣夠所以留到客，我鍾意椒鹽鮮魷這類脆卜卜的食物， 他們的調味不太咸，但有准鹽嘅惹味送酒一流。另外我都鍾意食這裏的咕嚕肉酸酸甜甜，外脆內軟又是送飯嘅極品。今晚，店的老板友善地介紹一道很稀有的菜式芝麻雞， 並講這道菜是功夫菜，花上幾個鍾將雞上芝麻及封乾,技巧也流失了!  土瓜灣也食到芝麻雞，即管叫來吃下! 食完這道菜，皮脆肉滑， 芝麻香味入口即溶，比炸子雞好味多多聲! 既傳統有懷舊，香港已很難食到! 小弟敢講，未食過芝麻雞，唔好話自己食過雞! 喜滿樓在土瓜灣區剛立足，有一定的捧場客，也在何文田站高山劇場附近， 不過因為食物質素搭夠，所以間中都會約朋友嚟聚一聚。
