朋友住在大坑附近,經常找她食飯聊天,所以不時都會發掘到不少隱世開飯地點。呢間餐廳採用日式居酒屋設計,比較開揚,而且有膠窗簾擋隔,大大聲傾計不會怕嘈到隔離枱。氣氛好適合談心,環境感覺舒服休閑,酒精類飲品挺豐富,有生啤、果酒、清酒、梅酒,最好飲番杯酒去調和一下煩躁的心情。餐牌是手寫的,型格黑色的字體超有氣勢的,食物大致分為日式風味的生魚片、下酒菜、串燒和天婦羅,即叫即製,看來質素也有保證。抬頭有捕魚格網,仿如將海洋的新鮮風味都帶到店子,牆身掛滿多幅日文寫成的菜牌和掛飾,具有復古風味。非酒精類有角打特飲,味道都幾特別,有檸檬、蕃茄、巨峰、桃、乳酸、蘋果等等。無酒精的巨峰特飲有超濃的提子香味;乳酸味那杯會酸酸地幾開胃,好味又有益。八爪魚刺身肉質好軟又有嚼勁;墨魚刺身好爽夾滑,其鮮味最好是不用蘸醬汁都品嚐到。三文魚腩好肥美,加上厚切又有冰鎮效果,好新鮮!時令海膽,好鮮甜不會有腥味,包住紫菜,一口一啖!關東煮都幾深得我心,一串蒟蒻有四粒,好入味又健康;而魚餅大大塊,像質爽口彈牙;芝士 Wasabi  獅子狗卷夠特別,湯裡面有昆布豆腐湯的香氣,入味暖胃。餐牌上一共有22款天婦羅,最愛蟹爪 $22蟹爪

餐牌上一共有22款天婦羅,最愛蟹爪 $22

蟹爪多肉又鮮甜,性價比都幾高,

外層的脆漿好薄身,蘸上天婦羅汁,入口仍保持酥脆。

上枱時用隔油網隔去多餘的油,膩感大減,

而且油溫不會過猛,將食物的鮮味緊緊鎖住。

海膽毛蟹 ($68)

原來毛蟹好薄又脆,一不小心就好易弄碎蟹蓋,

裡面的蟹肉不算多,但勝在啖啖肉都好鮮美多汁。

有海帶鋪在底,毛蟹肉配上海膽點綴,份量絕不戲場。

厚厚的蟹肉配上鮮甜海膽,帶點燒香的效果,很不錯。

日式炸物是少不了的,大愛蟹肉忌廉餅和南瓜餅,

前者的焗酥口感真是色香味俱全,大塊又帶絲絲蟹肉,

後者的質地豐富,又帶香濃的南瓜香氣,難以抗拒!

其中也帶不得不食得松菜蟹海膽燒和帆立貝味增燒,

雖然一件要二十大元,但是大份又好味,值回票價。

朋友也有食燒厚肉,加上店子的祕製調味功夫,

使整間店子都彌漫出香噴噴的烤肉香氣,我地忍不住了!
