同事帶我去大埔太元邨街市嘅大埔墟豆腐花《老店》,試一試傳統嘅雲吞麵。店舖非常擠逼狹小,然而食客不絕,睇嚟應該有番咁上下質素。坐落即叫同事推介嘅雲吞麵 ($32),雖然已經叫大蓉,不過份量一點都不大。看看呢碗久違嘅大蓉,麵湯上浮著一些韭黃,而麵身亦較平常的幼麵更幼細,食落爽滑彈牙,正!的的骰骰嘅雲吞,拖著大大條金魚尾,咬開餡料,豬肉比蝦肉多,完全係傳統雲吞風味,不比今日的一味大大粒同蝦肉多。舊日情懷,油然而生。我好快咁KO完碗大蓉,然而意猶未盡,再叫多個元貝鷄絲翅 ($20),金黃色的碗仔翅上枱,一嚟乜調味料都唔落,先呷一口,有元貝嘅鮮味,滋味不俗 ; 跟住再加番少少醋進食,風味更佳。難得品嘗到昔日美食,今餐真係寧舍滿足。
