To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這是我第六次來呢間餐廳吃自助餐，講真，品質真的越來越差，幾年前第一次來，除了活龍蝦之外仲有活帝王蟹，之後冇左帝王蟹只剩下龍蝦，但其他各項都很好，燒烤除了牛肉仲有羊架同火腿，湯有原盅燉湯，燒味有燒鵝，煙三文魚都有3種唔同味，蛋糕有原個切餅，今次去，除了龍蝦保持水準之外，其他的靚嘢冇晒！牛扒好多筋，個廚師俾我果舊都是筋，我旁邊張台媽媽聲。連基本的鴨肝多士都變左限量。做成咁，唔怪得得一半客囉。香港啲餐廳就係咁，越來越差，煮龍蝦個印度廚師面冇表情，啲客多謝佢都冇反應，一間5星酒店啲服務咁樣，真是趕客。好的地方是餐廳的侍應就好服務，換碟超快。龍蝦品質可以保持到。唔知會唔會登出來。但呢啲退步的品質真好難令人再去幫襯。
