To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司好耐都冇食過了，今日lunch time 見冇咩人等位就入去食下啦🤣。Lunch set 有4個選擇，我就揀左set B ($80)有前菜沙律🥗、麵豉湯🍲、什錦壽司🍣，壽司包括三文魚、赤海蝦、帆立貝、北寄貝、火灸芝士三文魚、火炙熟蝦、鰻魚、炸蝦卷 x3，total 10件。壽司正常不過不失，品質穩定😂，食完都好滿足好飽。以日式料理來說價格都算經濟實惠👍🏼，但如果同同區茶餐廳lunch set 比較就偏貴💰↗️，要看看想一想一個午餐消費接近100元了。
