今年嘅哈佬喂特別有氣氛,啲人好積極打扮,餐廳都花心機佈置我哋就唔想去蘭桂坊同人迫,去左太古城嘅一間餐廳‼️呢間嘅tasting menu好抵食 $3️⃣3️⃣8️⃣咋有齊2款前菜、tapas、main course、甜品~~🍷而我就加埋$188配埋3款wine pairing前菜最吸引嘅就係🦪「Fine De Claire Otster」呢款生蠔肉質好有彈性爽口,簡單的加上檸檬汁已經好鮮甜「Spanish Ham with Tomato Bread」西班牙嘅signature前菜,茄蓉完美地鋪滿整塊麵包,鬆軟麵包配搭清新感嘅蕃茄蓉,再加埋滿滿咸香的ham,令味覺及口感充滿層次❤️「香煎鵝肝配牛油甜包」好多時鵝肝都係配多士,原來配牛油甜包都咁好食鬆軟甜包吸收晒鵝肝嘅油香,個人覺得比多士更出色配搭埋無花果,足以中和油膩感「蒜蓉蝦」都係必食推介,香濃嘅蒜香已經充斥嗅覺!「西班牙乳豬」第一次食乳豬係四四方方,師傅將啲脂肪清走,脆薄嘅乳豬皮+軟嫩嘅肉,好好食,岩哂我口味,一啲都唔肥膩❤️不過鍾意食油香嘅就會比較鍾意有啲脂肪~~「西班牙海鮮飯」呢個海鮮飯係燴飯,比較多汁,味道唔錯,蜆&青口都好鮮甜最後食埋西班牙甜品

原來配牛油甜包都咁好食
