To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日2021年7月9日去食 lunch, 其實呢間野已經俾過好多次機會，呢間野出名食物等得耐，最少30分鐘或以上，仲要不停催單，有時仲有漏單。今日真係最後一次機會了，永久黑名單，永遠都唔會再黎食，事源我叫左杯凍檸茶少冰走甜，黎左杯甜既，我就同個冇著員工制服既女人講，單冇錯係俾錯飲品，以為佢會沖過杯新既俾我，點知唔係。杯檸檬茶難飲到不得了，我只飲左兩三啖。我都費事再出聲，到俾錢時同個收錢既講，佢話你唔講要沖過杯新既，其實你地出錯單，呢啲唔使個客講掛 ? 同埋一杯檸檬茶值幾錢呢 ? 出錯野唔係應該換過新既咩 ?
