遇到假日,瞓晏咗出門去到柴灣食早餐,今日揀左位於地鐵站對面嘅 ”貳號冰室”可能假日的關係,都要在門外等左10分鐘先可入坐。店外亦有出爐麵包售賣。餐廳內的環境早晨供應時間去到上午11:30,我哋剛好11:30入坐,職員都可以比埋我哋叫早餐先值得一讚。一個鮮茄香草腸通粉常餐要$50,而差唔多款式的早餐就只需$38,抵好多。1. 沙嗲牛肉麵,炒滑蛋配牛油多士($38),湯底偏淡,將沙嗲汁加到湯內都唔太夠味。沙嗲牛份量同味道正常。炒滑蛋夠滑,而多士亦唔夠脆。2. 仿鮑片火腿通粉,煎雙蛋配牛油多士($37)通粉屬正常水準,如煎蛋煎耐少少有脆邊會更加好味。3. 鮮茄雞丁通粉,炒蛋配牛油多士($38),鮮茄湯底唔太濃郁,雞丁肉好少。至於炒蛋同牛油多士上面已介紹左。跟餐奶茶,茶味唔太濃,茶底尚算滑。整體來講,員工態度好好,而3款經典早餐尚算正路,下次路過都可以再試下。
