Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友recommend我去試下呢間餐廳 話食物質素唔錯咁我就試下 支持下小店點知 d餸菜一來 個waiter 就連放餸都唔太識 次次都要個客幫手 已經扣哂分食物還可以 但成個dinner set 佔左3/5 都有egg yolk. 應該要改善下 令人覺得你間餐廳淨係得雞蛋？🤣🤣然後，本身我訂台果陣已經好清楚講明件cake 要咩款，因想比個birthday surprise 我屋企人。跟住當時個staff 超唔醒目，surprise 變咗唔係surprise 仲要問番我個cake咩款…真係食到一吐氣..上cake果陣又冇誠意，講聲生日快樂都得掛，又冇要求你唱歌跳舞.個staff hea樣咁放低就走左勁冇heart.. 其他我都去過好多香港餐廳幫襯，呢種birthday service 係令食客加分的重要位置真心 野食味道係ok ge , 但呢個體驗會令我唔想再幫襯
