To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因很耐沒飲茶關係，路經稻香茶居，見沒人等位，便決定進去飲茶，食品是沒有問題的，只是樓面態度的問題。茶居已是用手機app點餐，而冲茶又是用自助煲水機，人客亦不多，但樓面都好像不太理會茶客。我們本應不用找樓面幫忙的，但由於自動煲水機出了問題，煲水機顯示器水溫升到65度便停止上升，但水煲內的水又不斷地沸騰中，水都咕嘟咕嘟地瀉出來了，似乎不懂自動熄機。我們先後搵了2位樓面幫忙，但都是敷衍我們，其中一位還以不禮貌態度著我們水滾你咪就冲茶囉，為何不冲茶呀？你們想點？我們説擔心水機有問題，可否換過第二台。她便説這裡的水機是這樣的，經常壞的，沒辦法換第二台，你們真的擔心，我只可拿壼熱水給你，又再次行開了。基於安全問題，我們放棄用自動煲水機了。我們不想影響心情，以最快速度食完點心，便馬上離開。
