每一次電話落單員工都一定會勁惡命令式咁講:講聽唔到!可唔可以大聲啲?大聲到就快喺條街度大嗌佢都可以話聽唔到。同一個餐要講最少講三次佢先幫我落到單,嘢飲同佢講凍奶茶佢就問係咪凍咖啡,雞同鴨講。仲有,例如同佢講C2,佢仲問咩C2,要我讀返個中文餐牌俾佢聽,咁請問你set啲編號出嚟做乜,咁基本嘅英文字母餐牌你都唔識,我真係好質疑你嘅能力。而且同佢講完啲餐同嘢飲佢都係勁唔熟啲收銀電腦啲制喺邊,係咁喝人地嗌人哋等等。由於佢成日都聽錯人哋嗌嘢飲,咁我就預先再同佢講多次個嘢飲,費事佢落錯單,個員工就勁大聲喺度喝:等等喇!唔好催我!落緊喇!啲嘢飲成日要重複三次,落幾個餐都可以落咗10幾分鐘,成日就同人講聽唔到聽唔到,成日喝人哋。其他同事聽電話都唔會咁惡劣,每一次都係某位女員工態度勁差。
