To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人近日到店吃早餐，店員指示店中間位置有位，我見是單邊梳化位置，我就坐下等待店員幫我落單，此時另一店員知我是一個人，便要求我轉另一張兩人枱，還在說我一個人唔好坐這裡，其它兩位的客就坐得咁擠迫，直接比說話我聽，當時我沒有同她爭拗，我便轉枱算了，但首先是她的同事指示我坐下，不是我亂去坐位，當時店內客人不多，過了不久已多吉枱空出。店舖人流都不是太多，但對客人這樣態度，希望該店管理層，注意一下員工面對客人所講的言詞。
