To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年都唔會嚟紅磡一次，中午帶兩個女去黃埔冒險樂園玩完，肚餓搵嘢食，見兩點零鐘就附近睇下有冇茶記可以食下午茶，兜咗幾分鐘見到呢間茶記有位就入去坐，我哋坐四人枱， 坐低冇耐，侍應見我哋帶住兩個小朋友就主動問我哋轉唔轉卡位坐舒服啲，我哋一口應承， 我哋叫咗乾炒牛河 、鮮茄豬扒火腿意粉、西多士配魔薯，乾炒牛河有鑊氣，佢加咗辣椒絲炒有少少辣好野味，我老公話第一次食到咁好味嘅乾炒牛河🤤 鮮茄豬扒火腿意粉麻麻地，汁還汁意粉還意粉咁樣，但阿女好鍾意食😄， 西多士配魔薯ok好味，西多士好大件，餡料係粗粒花生醬，埋單一百二十幾蚊，經濟又好味👍
