To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都幾難食，個湯底苦嘅，好嘅係佢每樣野份量好大，價錢平貴唔comment喇，好主觀。我哋格離枱埋單嗰陣，有個呀姐出嚟執枱，勁大聲鬧個埋單客，話佢唔中意浪費，話要罰錢，全程勁大聲狂鬧，跳咗制咁。個客都火喇，就話番佢轉頭：「我畀錢嚟畀你大聲鬧？食剩咪畀錢，唔使咁大聲」如是者就話嚟話去。講真我都冇咩mood食呀姐重話要罰埋我哋嗰枱⋯⋯即走喇。一早又唔講叫我哋唔可以食剩。食餐飯食到咁，樓面呀叔態度幾好都冇用，啲嘢難食又莫名其妙鬧個客。
