To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約左友人去完長洲,返黎中環碼頭唔知食咩好,友人提議去上環食,有一間質素唔錯嘅日本餐廳。地點唔算易搵,我地都要google map,不過最後都黎到。一入到去比我第一印象係好高雅,好寧靜,店員好好禮貌,同一般日式餐廳好唔同。首先叫左上級刺身拼盤,上菜時店員都非常細心向我地介紹每一種魚生講解每一種魚應該用咩豉油。三文魚比較普通,帶子同埋牡丹蝦都好甜,白身魚好肥油份好重。個人好鐘意有油甘魚同埋劍魚腩,因為唔夠喉所以叫咗壽司食。刺身說得好厚,一咬落去啲魚油,標晒出嚟,好滿足呀。三文魚茶漬飯,味道清清地,比較淡,好適合啱啱食完啲咁油咁肥嘅刺身之後食。呢間餐廳地方好闊落,我同友人都可以好舒服咁享受呢餐晚餐,雖然價錢比較貴,但係質素同價錢係成正比嘅,希望下次再黎過啦。

首先叫左上級刺身拼盤,上菜時店員都非常細心向我地介紹每一種魚生講解每一種魚應該用咩豉油。三文魚比較普通,帶子同埋牡丹蝦都好甜,白身魚好肥油份好重。
