To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一城店裝修完，第一次幫襯，點知就領嘢，以前，都試過兩次同樣情況（我住附近），這間分店、時不時會出現魚生海產唔新鮮的情況，就睇你好唔好彩，我同男友二人，是晚已經點豐州嘅級數都咁，真係冇話好說～其實，見刺生個樣都知唔新鮮（冇光澤、乾燥冇乜彈性），貝類海膽仲有腥味，我已經吐了一半出來，以為無事，點知都係痾痾地、個肚咕咕聲，我男友比我仲痾多啲，睇嚟都係暫別這間分店為妙，寫梗食評仲痾梗！尖沙咀分店，幫襯兩次、兩次都幾好，我諗要轉場～
