To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早兩年食呢間餐廳覺得水準都可以，冇食一排，嗰日兩大一小去幫襯，叫咗平日午市一人套餐+小籠包+嫩雞煨麵。個套餐有一個小食，一個主食，同埋一杯豆漿。小食要咗鎮江骨，一食落去好大浸雪味，肉質又靭，啲糖醋味完全入唔到舊排骨裡面。主食要咗酸辣湯麵，叫做正正常常。上海店小籠包應該係精粹，但個肉餡做得比堅x號同其他小店更差。至於個嫩雞煨麵就仲離譜， 人哋通常有一湯碗，佢$83仲要細細碗，雞肉都唔多一條，好過份！真係好難再幫襯！
