To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 偶然下入黎食個下午茶,order了糖心蛋牛肉飯加$10配脆炸薯條,一客鮮茄焗豬扒飯,再另order一個非下午茶類的韓國風香酥炸雞。先評韓國必食招牌韓國炸雞,對於我黎講,韓國炸雞同廣東菜中的咕嚕肉一樣,一間煮得唔好食的酒樓煮咕嚕肉我會大大扣分,所以呢間餐廳究竟加分定減分,韓國炸雞係全個餐廳我覺得最重要的最具代表的食物。好!癈話少講:menu裡的菜名:韓國風香酥炸雞,唔香唔酥偏硬,汁似韓風實質唔係韓國汁醬,而且上碟竟然係唔熱,微暖及唔酥脆,仲有d炸過籠俗稱的食乾柴的雞,汁也不是一般韓國的炸雞醬,如果100分滿分,呢個加埋期望分,打正旗號的韓國店的要求分,結果得分係35,水準之下下下,幸好只是29蚊。另一個係鮮茄烤豬扒飯,用的珍珠米,無太特別,四平八穩。隨後一客:糖心蛋牛肉飯,上碟不是糖心,是實心的蛋黃,好彩我唔係糖心控,最正係鹵水蛋,點解會係鹵水蛋?費解!!牛肉飯是肥牛再用上韓式燒汁醬甜甜地好送飯,用的都是珍珠米,最正係泡菜唔似泡菜,大佬,唔識整泡菜起超市買包算啦,唔好唔識韓式扮韓菜。不過要讚加$10的脆炸薯條,熱脆好味。總結的係:唔當韓式餐廳去食個牛肉飯算,期望食韓食的實激死。
