To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身啱啱開個陣飲過一次,成杯野好足料,好濃,好好飲,一直都好想抽時間,搵日返去飲多次。點知佢依家做大左之後,成杯野搞唔掂,未飲過一杯稀到好似水咁嘅乳酪。咁我諗住可能只係咁啱個日失準啦,過左一排再返去試多次,都係咁稀。其實稀到算,仲要冇生果味。我叫個杯係士多啤梨,我淨係飲到乳酪溝水咁。講真,如果加價,但係keep得住以前個水準,我都會照買。但係依家價錢照舊,成杯野不知所謂,真係唔會再幫襯。結論係,呢間野唔使再試。
