To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

瞓醒想食生少少嘅燒牛肉，之前去過呢間初見，食過一次香草吉列牛都算ok，今次再去應該合格掛，落order前已經先問佢可以食幾生，睇佢係收銀都唔似普通侍應可能係經理，佢同我講話佢地嘅牛肉基本上可以生食，其實我都係諗住每邊燒三秒鐘冇諗過生食，不過一上菜到竟然係雪櫃攞出黎，每一塊牛肉面都鋪滿霜，點生食啊阿姐，你唔係唔知道你啲牛肉雪櫃攞出嚟啩，我唔通等佢室溫解凍完先食咩，你寫明用餐時間得一個鐘咋，更何況我都唔會睇住佢解凍後再生食啦，我知做飲食唔使誠實，不過你都有嗰句講嗰句啊，咁搞真係以後即係唔使去
