To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上七時去到，餐廳大約有八成滿，餐廳環境唔錯，座位唔太窄，拉麵除了基本款式，還有限定王，今晚的限定王是柚子胡椒王，店員話有少少辣，因為有胡椒。我點了黑王，要求多些香味油，店員話香味油好咸，建議考慮要標準份量的香味油。食後感覺拉麵質地唔錯，湯底濃，木耳絲爽，黑芝麻蓉好香，豬腩肉軟滑。我朋友點了限定王加溏心蛋，明明張落單紙寫住可㨂椰菜，但店員話限定王不可以揀椰菜，惟有㨂葱。食後感覺柚子味好特別，胡椒咊唔算辣，係唔錯的配搭。溏心蛋好好味。
