作為一個拉麵愛好者,一定要食晒全港嘅拉麵。今日就嚟咗呢間你知日本嘅過江龍。呢間金田家係博多拉麵,去過日本嘅人都食過博多拉麵,係我自己最愛嘅一款拉麵。餐廳裝修得好靚。點嘢食先!我揀咗黑蒜拉麵,朋友就揀咗黑豚拉麵。由於我哋兩個都好肚餓,每人再加份追加肉同替玉,再叫多兩杯野飲,再嚟多份小食餃子,今次一定夠皮啦!橙汁係鮮榨既,朋友嘅提子特飲都唔錯。左邊係黑豚肉右邊係燒豚肉。黑豚拉麵。你睇,啲肉多到呢~到我嘅黑蒜拉麵。個湯底幾濃,黑蒜嘅味道配埋博多嘅幼麵,可以話係恰到好處,match。我唔使2分鐘就食鬼曬,拿拿林上埋個替玉。替玉既份量好足,而且我覺得替玉本身嘅味道仲重味左,再加上熱辣辣,正!蝦餃子。食落真係同酒樓嘅蝦餃好似,不過層皮係脆既,幾特別。
