To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次食評嚟到A tavola Bar and Grill嘅東涌分店，最正係揾到一個正嘅位置，身處outlet嘅熱鬧之中，又能享受一啖住靚靚西餐。我地先撈了個鮮蝦沙律，蝦仁彈牙得嚟又口感十足，搭配嘅沙律菜又鮮嘅，真係爽口得滯！烤雞胸肉正到爆燈，瞓身多汁，輕輕咬落去都溶入味道，寫住都仲嘆息緊。再點嗰份地中海pizza，嚟頭十足，mozzarella cheese牽絲，每啖都滿足到塞滿整個口腔。最後嘅香辣茄醬penne又係另一個驚喜，辣度啱啱好，惹味惹得很，令人一啖接一啖。周圍音樂震耳欲聾，食物、氣氛百分百咁正，真係食得開心又滿足。下次再嚟，一定要再嚐多幾款，各位食客冇試過真係要快啲黎試下啦！🍴🎉
