去開屯門,今日蛋奶素日見到堅信號,之前食開佢哋嘅上海粗炒(走肉)今日望吓有冇其他嘢可以選擇先?見到有四川擔擔麵,問吓佢哋有冇得走肉?點知竟然有,有啲凍,所以都想食湯麵,決定嗌呢個!再加上午餐有小吃(剛剛好有得選擇拍青瓜陳醋貓耳仔)另外最近做開運動,想食多啲蛋白質所以加多隻滷水糖心蛋先講擔擔麵先,就算佢冇肉碎,花生醬夠濃都幾好食,不過個麵就腍咗少少至於小吃就差啲小雲耳唔夠入味,糖心蛋都唔夠糖心見到都覺得over cook 講真,而家糖心蛋,做得好,真係好基本,亦都唔係啲咩特別秘方先做到,呢個希望佢哋下次注意
