To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生日想食好d，見多人話JW既自助餐好食，就一於試下。食物方面，種類少唔係問題，但好多質素都唔多掂。龍蝦正正常常。刺身唔係好新鮮，象拔蚌同赤貝有d腥😮‍💨燒牛肉過熟，而片皮鴨食落好嚡，咬唔開，食到一半吐返出黎。甜品方面好失望，Creme Brulee過熟，madeline太實，泡芙餡同拿破崙既吉士好甜😐至於服務方面有待改善。好幾次個碟仲有野食未食完，侍應想收走。另外我book位個陣remark左慶祝生日，餐廳送左個小蛋糕。當成張枱面擺滿晒野食，冇位放蛋糕個陣，侍應想送蛋糕。。。總括而言，自助餐始終以量為主，犧牲少程度既質素係可以理解，但如果以menu提供既食物種類，同當日既質素黎講，每人差唔多$900依個價錢黎講，真係唔值。JW既自助餐絕對對唔上五星級酒店既名號，冇下次😮‍💨
