To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朝早無野做,就一個人去咗呢間餐廳食早餐。佢地個窗口位真係幾吸引㗎 !朝頭早有陽光射落嚟,感覺真係好似去咗外國咁!佢哋嘅餐牌就冇乜特別啦,都係港式同西式早餐,今次叫咗薄牛扒早餐,另外加$6叫咗迷你火腿通粉同埋升級做泡沫奶紅茶。塊牛扒食落不過不失,鬆肉粉唔算落得太重手,牛扒亦都唔會太薄,不過成個餐就真係好油啦!就咁望落去已經見到一層油,有啲驚~同埋佢哋個腸仔真係十級推薦,雖然係用咗大陸嘅澱粉腸代替廚師腸,好難食!泡沫奶紅茶即係奶茶加奶泡,飲落去其實同一般奶茶無咩分別,唔值得加錢升級。
