今晚係尖沙咀的鐵牛開餐,因為剛巧同朋友係附近完成工作!餐廳是設係地庫的,面積頗大,所以坐得很舒適和寬躺。好耐無食台灣食品,今夜我就點了招牌牛肉麵,而同行友人卻選了牛筋腩麵,又叫了一客鹽酥小拼盤,當然要再加上台式飲品先夠台灣風味。套餐只須另加$18便可以有台式飲品,我們分別要了胚芽奶茶和冬瓜檸檬茶,兩杯飲品可以説不過不失。跟著主菜上場,牛肉的肉質夠腍和滑,反而友人的牛筋腩較硬和「鞋」,友人很後悔不和我一樣點招牌牛肉麵,湯底略為有點咸,麵質夠彈牙,最要改善是兩碗麵都不夠熱。反之最後上場的拼盤是全晚最好的一碟,三款小食包括花枝丸、酸梅粉炸蕃薯和鹽酥雞,每款都炸得很香脆、夠熱又夠燙。

跟著主菜上場,牛肉的肉質夠腍和滑,反而友人的牛筋腩較硬和「鞋」,友人很後悔不和我一樣點招牌牛肉麵,湯底略為有點咸,麵質夠彈牙,最要改善是兩碗麵都不夠熱。
